Hugo allows event organizers to manage their fanbase by creating consumer profiles from different sources such as ticketing data, newsletter subscriber lists and questionnaire input. These profiles can then be further enriched with questionnaire insights. Event organizers are then enabled to target people via email campaigns, based on their preferences, behavior and/or input.
